Bringing together experience gained in a thirty-year career in finance with a Master’s degree in behavioural science from the LSE, Mark delivers unique insight into what makes organisations successful. He is an expert in decision making and scenario planning and has authored an award-winning study into the effect of information overload on decision making processes.

Mark is the founder and Managing Director of MindAlpha, a behavioural science-based consultancy that advises organisations on decision process, risk management and scenario analysis for operational performance and resilience. He was previously Managing Director and Global Head of the Macro Research product for Citigroup.
