We are truly delighted to be able to offer the Compassionate Leadership learning programme CLA Plus as part of the Operations & Departmental Manager – level 5 apprenticeship, in conjunction with our partner The Positive Transformation Group (PTG) and Ixion (recognised RoATP training provider). PTG were instrumental in securing funds gifted from Osborne Clarke using the transfer of levy service to enable leadership training to take place at The Royal Society of Blind Children. The cohort are currently working their way through Part 1 of the compassionate leadership online course, supported by a series of workshops, mentoring and guidance. Being a responsible and ethical business and employer underpins Osborne Clarke’s business strategy. The Osborne Clarke For Good framework is the firm’s way of ensuring it’s a good corporate citizen, a good employer and a good business. In our opinion a true example of compassion in action.
