Compassionate Leadership

The Compassionate Leadership Academy is relentless in the pursuit of winning performance for its clients through leadership, engagement and performance management.

Inspired by the research and work from our lead Performance Coach, Manley Hopkinson, we create real and tangible change in behaviours, cultures, leadership capability, team effectiveness and individual performance.

Our reputation for excellence has ensured our continued involvement in a significant number of People and Performance programmes within the UK. We are passionate about helping organisations develop their leadership capability, create strong teams and align their culture in order to bring strategic plans to life.

Any one leadership team will only have one chance to effect real change; a failure to follow through on the change transformation means you fail – there is no second chance. The intellectual engagement is relatively easy to gain but also easy to lose and needs constant supervision and renewal. The only way for real and lasting transformation is to create the emotional engagement to new behaviours at both a personal and organisational level.

To change the behaviour of today, to that needed to create the future, demands a complete, holistic approach. It needs to be bigger than the CEO – it needs to stick beyond senior executive tenure; it is not and must not be perceived as a fad or a passing phase..

The goal and the outcome of the Compassionate Leadership programmes is to align all organisational and human energy to commit to creating a single, purpose-driven culture focused entirely on delivering strategic intent.

Our strength is in creating and developing the transformational leadership behaviours needed for people to perform at a high level, consistently. Aligning executive teams and the wider organisation to the strategic intent enables true delegation, leveraged effort, effective decision making and high performance at all levels.

We focus on setting “Standards” as opposed to setting “Goals”, coupled with raising levels of self and team awareness, both allowing true alignment and leading to more effective business and personal relationships.

The Compassionate Leadership Academy works with profit, non profit and governmental organisations and has recently begun a Young Leaders programme with these organisations, as well as Schools and Universities.
