With a background in the British Army, wide public and private sector experience and a passion for individual development, Jacqui is a highly successful and committed senior leadership coach. Her natural style brings warmth, vitality and attentiveness to her clients; building rapport and trust and enabling them to become the leader they aspire to be. She is founder and co-director of Fields of Learning, a coaching-led, consultancy who help individuals and teams enhance their leadership effectiveness by developing self-awareness, increasing emotional intelligence and building resilience and in doing so, creating cohesive, collaborative and high performing teams.
Jacqui has worked with clients in the emergency services and blue chip companies and SMEs in the defence, housing, banking and communication sectors. Jacqui is a qualified Master Coach, Systemic Team Coach and NLP practitioner, certified to deliver the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step 1 and Step 2 and Clarity 4D.
