Darrell’s passion has always been about how to create the optimum teams for the challenge ahead, whether that be in work, in sport or indeed at home. His starting point on this journey was to lead some extraordinary people as an army officer, from working in multi-national teams with the United Nations to leading multi-discipline teams on operations. In commercial life he has delivered international events from Camel Trophy in Mongolia to the Volvo Ocean Race, the BT Global Challenge and America’s Cup; building teams, partnerships, fostering relationships, and experience around the world. He has held senior leadership roles for global businesses such as Orange, the NBA, marketing agency giant WPP and been Managing Director for consumer and finance start ups. Darrell is a qualified leadership coach and facilitator, founder of FEED Consulting, he utilises his extensive commercial and military experiences (both good and bad) to develop future compassionate leaders and high performing teams.
