MindAlpha’s team has over 30 years experience building predictive models and advanced evaluation metrics for complex issues and specialises in organisational diagnostics using a combination of behavioural science and data science – allowing users to measure the impact of a programme and tailor it for optimal results. MindAlpha specialises in models which operationalise hard to measure concepts such as wellbeing, psychological safety and inclusion. This is done by identifying specific, observable behaviours which predict these factors that are related to performance & well-being.

 

HPO Centre

The definition of an HPO as “an organisation that achieves financial and non-financial results that are increasingly better than those of its peer group over a period of time of five years or more, by focusing in a disciplined way on that which really matters”.

The HPO Centre carry out an independent diagnostic analysis of your organisation that we use as a baseline for all activity and a measure of progress.  A full HPO diagnosis takes approximately 4 – 6 weeks to complete depending on the size of organisation. The HPO Diagnostic gives a comprehensive analysis of the organisation’s performance within the HPO Framework, identifying specific areas where performance improvement initiatives will most benefit the organisation as a whole.

Informed by the findings of the diagnostic, The Compassionate Leadership Academy team will work closely with you to design and deliver the change programme to become an HPO.

IOL Accreditation & Membership

The CLA Digital online course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership. This confirms our programme has been independently verified and meets the evidence-based standards of their 5 Dimensions of Leadership: Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership and Collaboration.

You can join the IOL through upon completion of the online course, at a discounted price.  The Institute will provide external recognition of your learning.
